Red Svaneti Salt is a unique blend of 10 spices, which also contains chili to provide a spicier flavor compared to the classic and green Svaneti variant. It originates from the Svaneti region of Georgia, where regular salt was once scarce, and local dried and fresh herbs were added to the blend. Today, it is one of the most popular traditional Georgian spices, ideal for seasoning soups, sauces, meat and fish dishes, pastas, pastries, stews, vegetable salads, marinades and pickled foods.

• Salt "Extra" & Salt 2 (ground) – high-quality salts that form the basis of the mixture
• Garlic granules (26-40) – give a strong and flavorful garlic flavor
• Red pepper granules (1-3mm) – bring a spicy sparkle and bright color
• Sweet pepper powder ASTA 40 – adds a slight sweetness and depth
• Brain square – offers a fragrant herbal note
• Millet (ground) – gives an earthy sweetness with slightly bitter undertones
• Anti-sticking agent (rapeseed oil) – ensures a smooth and flowing mixture
• Cumin & chopped cumin – give an earthy, warm aroma with a slight spiciness
• Garlic granules (8-16) – add extra salty depth
• Chilli (ground) & chilli granules – enhance the spiciness of the mixture, making it distinctly sharp
