Spiceherbsland is made available to you subject to the following terms of use and any other rules posted on our website. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before placing an order.

Right to purchase

When placing an order, you must provide personal information. You must provide your first and last name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing address, and other required information. You will be asked to provide payment information via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others, and you confirm that it is correct and valid.

Spiceherbsland is only accessible to individuals who meet the conditions of the right to purchase and who have a valid credit or debit card issued by PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others and who have authorized Spiceherbsland to charge their card for ordered goods and services.

Orders

All orders placed are available and accepted. Products in the shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.

Spiceherbsland only sells products that are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse. However, we reserve the right to not ship custom-made products due to manufacturing or quality control issues. In such cases, you will be notified by email and we will refund your credit or debit card within 30 days of being notified that the product is unavailable.

Spiceherbsland keeps records of transactions for at least one year.

Pricing policy

The prices you find on spiceherbsland are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. All prices and offers are as advertised. The prices displayed at the time of ordering are valid. Prices may change from time to time.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order.

Acceptance of the order and conclusion of the contract between the customer and Spiceherbsland occurs when you receive notification of the delivery of the goods, unless the order has been canceled.

Spiceherbsland cannot accept an order if payment authorization is denied, the product is out of stock, the product has been returned, or you do not meet the terms of the right to purchase.

Spiceherbsland is not responsible for product recalls, whether the product has been sold or not. We reserve the right to remove, change or edit any information or content on the website.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others. Payment will be deducted from your account after placing your order on spiceherbsland. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized, Spiceherbsland is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Spiceherbsland keeps your order details secure. However, we are not responsible for any damage if a third party gains unauthorized access to your details while ordering on spiceherbsland.

Supplies

All orders placed at www.spiceherbsland.lv will only be shipped within the European Union (EU) using DPD . Orders are processed and shipped. Within 3 working days .
Delivery methods: Doorstep delivery and parcel machine delivery .
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually within 3 to 10 days .

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon receipt. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct as we are not responsible for any delays or problems caused by incorrect details.

Returns and refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will replace it or refund the amount you paid, including reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that refunds do not cover priority or premium mail or insurance charges.

If the product has been opened or used, or the reason for the return is personal preference, we cannot provide a financial refund.
